1Hour Break® is packaged in California, USA, and can be shipped to anywhere in the United States and most countries world wide.*
Domestic Shipping within the USA
For domestic shipping within the United States is Free or otherwise a flat rate of $6.95. We ship via USPS First Class to anywhere in the United States. On average, it takes 5-7 business days for our customers within the continental United States to receive their 1Hour Break® orders. We do not guarantee any delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Rush shipping is only available on our Amazon store. If you need rush shipping, we recommend you purchase from our Amazon Store. Same day, Next Day, and 2 Day shipping options are available in select areas.
International Shipping outside the USA
For orders being shipped outside the United States, please enter your shipping address during check out for real-time shipping and handling rates. International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and charges. We offer global shipping.
International orders are sent via USPS First Class International and on average take between 7-21 days for delivery. We do not guarantee any delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience.
*We are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d’Ivoire), Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Moldova, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Venezuela.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your order may qualify for a refund if contents are returned unopened and unused within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date. Any shipping or duty fees are non refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
We do not accept returns without a return merchandise authorization or RMA number.
To receive your RMA number, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your billing name and address. We'll reply with your RMA, return instructions, and return mailing address.
Refunds are processed after we receive your return and the items are inspected. We'll process a refund of the purchase price paid (minus shipping and handling). We'll credit that to the same card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 30 calendar days for the credit to process on your end.
We are unable to accept any packages marked "Refused" or "Returned to Sender." All Returns must be shipped with new postage and include your RMA. We are unable to provide return shipping labels.
Shipping, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
Orders With Multiple Items
Only unopened and unused items may qualify for a refund. The purchase price of any opened or used product will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Auto-ship orders may qualify for a refund if they are returned unopened and unused within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date. Any shipping and duty fees are non refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
